Job summary

Improv is seeking a UKG Full Suite Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM/HCM implementations and related integrations. You will map current processes, design system configurations, and build robust test plans while coordinating with HR, payroll, and IT teams.

The role requires 5+ years of UKG experience, certification, strong communication, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship. You will train client teams and help maximize value from UKG deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' UKG experience with complete UKG implementations.
• Certified in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) OR HCM.
• End-to-end experience with UKG Dimensions Timekeeping and Scheduler modules.
• Ability to run Business Structure Workshops related to Scheduling.
• Completed UKG PRO WFM/HCM Partner/Employee training.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with HR, payroll, operations and finance leaders to map processes.
• Assess UKG Pro and Pro WFM configurations, identify gaps, and propose fixes or rebuilds.
• Translate agreements and labor rules into design decisions before configuration.
• Build project plans, estimate effort, and flag risks early.
• Configure UKG Pro HCM and WFM settings and rules.
• Assist with UKG Pro/HCM integrations and data feeds to other systems.
• Lead data conversion, payroll testing, and UAT with clear criteria.
• Train administrators and managers for day-one system ownership.
• Tune configurations as locations or policies change and as UKG releases occur.
• Create reports, dashboards, and audits to monitor labor cost and compliance.
• Spot opportunities to maximize value from existing UKG investments.
