Job summary

Improv is seeking a UKG Pro Integrations Specialist (Contractor) to design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and enterprise systems. You will ensure seamless data flow, automate processes, and optimize workforce management workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HRIS integration with UKG Pro WFM and strong API and data-mapping skills, including XML/JSON and middleware tools. US work authorization is required, and you will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, HR tech, CS, or related field.
3+ years of HRIS integration experience (UKG Pro WFM preferred).
Proficiency in API development, XML/JSON, and middleware tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and ERP/HR/payroll systems.
Create APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real-time and batch data sync.
Analyze requirements and configure UKG WFM for scheduling, accruals, and labor standards.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data security and accuracy.
Prepare documentation and provide end-user training on integration features.
