Job summary

Hempler's Food Group is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow independent retail, retail chains, convenience, and foodservice accounts. This role focuses on relationships, driving sales, margin, product placement, and overall account performance.

You will manage Hempler's and Isernio's product portfolios within assigned accounts and partner with internal teams to meet company sales goals. This is a remote position, must reside in the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or account management experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Experience managing customer relationships and driving account growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage key customer relationships across assigned accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Partner with customers to drive sales, product distribution, and profitability
• Lead pricing, promotional, and account discussions
• Collaborate with brokers and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
