Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience calling on regional grocery HQ accounts; growth track record preferred.
• Experience with category management, fact-based selling and data-driven presentations.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets for territory, account, and category within approved trade spend.
• Develop and monitor annual business plans for assigned accounts.
• Analyze POS and syndicated data; communicate trends and insights to internal teams and accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key account stakeholders and brokers; collaborate on opportunities.
