Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for US Oncology, West. This remote role will drive strategic engagement with oncology thought leaders, shaping brand strategy and field execution. You will translate market insights into actionable recommendations and partner with cross-functional teams to plan thought leader programs and advocacy initiatives.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $167,000 – $300,700 annually. Travel up to 75% within the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years in pharma/biotech with thought leader liaison experience.
Oncology experience essential.
Proven ability to develop strategic KOL engagement plans.
Strong understanding of commercial compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Lead regional KOL engagement and advocacy strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Evaluate oncology market dynamics to identify strategic engagement opportunities.
Cultivate long-term relationships with influential KOLs in oncology.
Serve as the primary marketing expert for assigned KOLs, coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for brand strategy.
Monitor treatment paradigms and competitive dynamics to inform engagement strategies.
Plan and execute speaker bureau and thought leader programs, ensuring compliance.
