Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison, US Oncology, Central, to lead regional thought leader and advocacy engagement initiatives. You will build strategic relationships with external experts, translate market insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute compliant, insight-driven marketing activities.
The role is remote in the United States and requires up to 75% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Oncology experience required.
- Proven ability to develop KOL engagement plans.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional key opinion leader engagement and advocacy strategies.
- Evaluate oncology market dynamics and influencer networks.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with influential key opinion leaders.
- Serve as the primary marketing expert for assigned key opinion leaders.
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor treatment paradigms and competitive dynamics.
- Plan and execute speaker bureau and thought leader programs.
