Ladders is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison, US Oncology, Central, to lead regional thought leader and advocacy engagement initiatives. You will build strategic relationships with external experts, translate market insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute compliant, insight-driven marketing activities.

The role is remote in the United States and requires up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Oncology experience required.
• Proven ability to develop KOL engagement plans.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

For our client, we are seeking a Thought Leader Liaison, US Oncology, Central to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead regional thought leader and advocacy engagement efforts within a highly specialized oncology environment. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with key external experts, translate market and competitive insights into actionable recommendations, and help shape field-level engagement strategy. The position also partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute speaker programs and support compliant, insight-driven marketing activities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $167,000 – $300,700 annually

• Lead regional key opinion leader engagement and advocacy strategies
