Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years in pharma/biotech with Thought Leader Liaison experience.
• Oncology experience required.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic KOL engagement plans.
• Strong understanding of commercial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead KOL engagement and advocacy strategies to support brand strategy and launch planning.
• Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with influential KOLs across oncology.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Alliance teams.
• Plan and lead KOL engagement initiatives at conferences and field visits.
• Lead speaker bureau planning, execution, and evaluation in the region.
• Provide market insights to inform US brand strategy and launch priorities.
