Premium Cigar Association seeks a driven Western United States Membership Manager to grow and support memberships across the region. This remote role involves building strong retailer, manufacturer, and enthusiast relationships and representing PCA at industry events.

You will travel across the Western US, recruit and retain members, and collaborate with teams to relay member needs and industry trends. A passion for the cigar industry and proven sales/relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field sales, business development, membership sales, or territory management.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing sales pipelines, and achieving growth targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently across a large geographic territory.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Western United States, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• _Bilingual English/Spanish_ is a plus in Preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, retain, and grow membership across the western United States territory.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective members in the region.
• Develop and execute regional outreach strategies to drive membership engagement and growth.
• Represent the Premium Cigar Association at industry trade shows, events, and regional meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate member needs, feedback, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate membership records and track regional performance metrics.
• Educate members on association benefits, advocacy efforts, and available resources.
