Job summary

BuildingReports is seeking a Member Success Manager to oversee the West Region, travel up to 75%. The role focuses on deployment, growth, and retention of members across nine states, with sales leadership and customer success responsibilities. Remote work is allowed, and travel to industry events is expected.

The candidate will consult with members, demonstrate technology, and support onboarding while collaborating with partner networks and sales teams to drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in B2B sales, preferably channel sales, account management, and/or customer success.
• Experience in account management and/or customer success within SaaS is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in fire and safety industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members regarding BuildingReports technology and best practices.
• Demonstrate BuildingReports technology in-person and online to members’ staff and customers.
• Attend regional and national trade shows and conferences to promote services.
• Act as liaison for Service Members within the region.
• Assist members and sales staff on calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Organize presentations for local and regional chapters.
• Collaborate with network members to establish partnerships for local and national accounts.
