Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive channel partnerships and sales in the West region for Pentair-Manitowoc and Everpure brands. The role focuses on building distributor, dealer, and end-customer relationships while promoting water solutions across commercial foodservice and healthcare channels.

You will travel roughly 50–60% to support accounts across CA, OR, WA, and neighboring states, develop growth programs, manage the sales funnel, and provide market feedback to

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in B2B environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% (weekly and overnight).
• Experience in channel-based selling is a plus.
• Experience in Foodservice/Healthcare or institutional industries is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build loyalty with distributors, dealers, and service companies for Pentair-Manitowoc and Everpure brands.
• Develop relationships with decision makers across targeted accounts.
• Manage the sales funnel and report progress on target accounts and closes.
• Coordinate regional sales activities and enforce policies and objectives.
• Provide product needs and market feedback to product managers.
• Attend local market events and assist in samples and promotions.
