Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise presales/solutions engineering for Fortune 500 accounts
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-happiness mindset
• Experience in software infrastructure enterprise presales
• Hands‑on Linux experience; cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with the most strategic customers to ensure success in DevSecOps journey using JFrog products
• Partner with Sales to build accounts strategy and trust with customers
• Educate customers on JFrog platform capabilities across the platform
• Represent JFrog at customer events and conferences
• Provide field feedback to Product & Engineering to influence roadmap
• Keep up with DevOps, DevSecOps, MLOps trends
• Collaborate with Customer Success/Marketing to broaden engagements
• Build relationships with key decision makers and serve as technical contact
