LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the West Coast to serve as the post-sales main contact for strategic customers in the US West. The role blends customer success with sales acumen to drive adoption, achieve value, and renew or expand accounts.

You'll lead onboarding, guide technical adoption, identify risks, and advocate for customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers remote work from the US West with competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role with targets.
• Experience owning renewal processes in a commercially oriented CS team.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills; training in MEDDIC or similar is a plus.
• Strong project management with cross-functional accountability.
• Experience with technical products, ideally interacting with developers in a DevOps context.

• Onboard new customers from sales handoff to activation with success plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks inhibiting adoption or increasing churn.
• Provide technical guidance on implementation and best practices.
• Prescriptively identify opportunities to expand product usage and value.
• Act as trusted advisor and build executive relationships within customer organizations.
• Drive renewal and expansion opportunities with sales and deal desks.
• Forecast and manage customer health indicators and outcomes.
