Job summary

• Experience in sales development or outbound prospecting.
• Proven track record of meeting activity/appointment-setting goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and confident across diverse personas.
• Experience selling to automotive dealerships.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach.
• Research target accounts and connect with decision-makers.
• Schedule 4–6 qualified meetings per week meeting activity goals.
• Ask effective questions and clearly communicate UVeye's value proposition.
• Navigate objections professionally and move conversations toward next steps.
• Follow up on missed meetings and reschedule.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
