Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for the West Coast region with a fully remote US base. Lead large, complex deployments for public safety, coordinate teams, and manage budgets and risk to deliver critical CAD, Records, and analytics projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, travel 25–50%, and ability to obtain security clearances. PMP certification preferred and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Public Safety and Project Management experience managing complex deployments for State and Local agencies.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance and CJIS/Privileged Role certifications.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills; able to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads large programs or portions of very complex programs up to $10M.
• Directs and coordinates the work activities of project teams.
• Manages project scope, plans, budgets, and metrics; ensures adherence to program plans.
