Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced project/program leader to deliver Command Center deployments for public safety customers. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets up to $10M, and align project outcomes with customer and company goals.

The role emphasizes people management, strategic coordination with sales, and risk-based decision-making. A PMP credential is preferred, with travel up to 75% and a background check requirement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Public Safety and Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage complex deployments and software applications.
• Experience dealing with state/local government customers and security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads large programs or portions of very complex programs up to $10M.
• Directs and coordinates work activities of project teams.
• Manages risk and delivers on budgets and timelines.
• Communicates with senior stakeholders and supports sales strategy.
• Allocates resources and mentors team members across disciplines.
• Gathers requirements, defines scope and creates detailed plans.
