Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the deployment of CAD, Mobile, Records, and Jail systems for public safety clients across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The role reports to the Regional Services Manager and oversees a multidisciplinary team through all project phases.

Preferred candidates hold PMP certification and have 3+ years of PM experience, with travel up to 25-50% and the ability to obtain government background clearance. This is a remote position in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of PM experience managing complex deployments.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads deployment of complex public safety solutions (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail).
• Directs work activities of the project team across boundaries.
• Drives relationships between internal and external teams.
• Resolves issues between groups and maintains project budget and schedule.
• Provides system integration quotations and statements of work.
• Delivers project status reports and participates in process improvements.
