Job summary

Kinter is seeking a Field Operations Support Specialist to survey retail locations for ESL conversion readiness, take precise measurements, and record data in Excel and internal templates. The role supports reporting, systems, and process improvements while traveling 50–75% of the time; the standard schedule is Monday–Friday with travel weeks as needed.

This remote West Coast position offers a pay range of $50,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Strong attention to detail and measurement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Survey stores for ESL conversion readiness and identify required components.
• Take measurements and counts; document data in Excel and internal templates.
• Test fit and function of fixtures across environments.
• Document findings through reports and photographs.
• Support reporting, data entry, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Escalate unfamiliar installation situations to Product Development.
• Interact professionally with store staff and represent Kinter.
