Job summary

WellnessIQ is seeking a dedicated professional to manage client relations and drive engagement within wellness programs. The role focuses on coordinating customized services, ensuring successful program launches, and maintaining high client satisfaction across implementations.

Key responsibilities include managing communications, developing proposals for enhancements, and supporting benefit design changes, while actively pursuing renewal opportunities and client growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• BA or BS College Degree preferred.
• Insurance brokerage experience specifically in employee benefits preferred.
• Health and Wellness or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Account Management or Project Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing client relations and drive engagement.
• Lead project management of client customization and service integration.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare presentations, and track progress.
• Organize client site visits, screenings and health fairs as necessary.
• Take ownership for service issues and communicate status to clients.
• Work with Wellness Strategy Team leads to resolve client service issues.
• Prepare proposals for system enhancements and manage change forums.
• Support benefit design changes and client reporting.
• Oversee client management reporting and renewals.
• Drive client growth post-implementation and ensure satisfaction.
