Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Wellness Coaches through performance management, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Manage daily workflows, scheduling, workload distribution, documentation, and patient follow-up to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct a limited number of patient coaching sessions and resolve patient concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality assurance results; identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Help evolve the Wellness Coaching program with new initiatives and scalable processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials with leadership to improve workflows.
