Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Wellness Coaches through performance management, onboarding, training, and development.
• Manage daily workflows, scheduling, workload distribution, documentation, and patient follow-up for efficient operations.
• Conduct a limited number of patient coaching sessions and ensure proper documentation and issue resolution with clinical teams.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality assurance; identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Help build and evolve the Wellness Coaching program through new initiatives and scalable processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials in collaboration with leadership.
