Job summary

National Jewish Health is seeking a Health and Wellness Supervisor to lead a team of health coaches within our Health Initiatives program. This fully remote leadership role combines people management, operational oversight, and ongoing program improvement to ensure exceptional participant experiences and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience coaching and developing staff, managing call center operations, and applying motivational interviewing techniques to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading health coaching teams and call center staff.
• Strong knowledge of coaching and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of health coaches, including hiring, training, performance management, mentoring, and engagement.
• Oversee daily call center operations, monitor service levels and quality metrics, ensuring high-quality participant support.
• Promote motivational interviewing techniques and coaching best practices to achieve program goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance trends and partnering with training and quality teams.
