Veradermics in New Haven, CT is hiring a Manager of Corporate Brand and Reputation to lead social media strategy, messaging, and regulatory-compliant communications for a dermatology-focused biotech.

You will monitor media, craft storytelling, and coordinate with Legal, Medical, and IR while managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

This role offers a dynamic team, growth opportunities, and a path to influence reputation during Phase 3 trials and commercialization.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, corporate brand, reputation, or social media programs.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools, media monitoring and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex scientific topics into accessible content.
• Familiarity with MLR review processes and systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with corporate, medical, and product communications priorities.
• Monitor social trends and competitive analysis; manage editorial calendar across channels.
• Draft website copy, briefing materials, and other communications assets; ensure regulatory review readiness.
• Support daily publishing, community engagement, and issue escalation.
• Navigate MLR workflows and collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs.
• Track and report social media performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
