Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Level I or higher technical troubleshooting experience in a customer care, call center, service desk, or technical support environment.
• Experience in healthcare environments and troubleshooting with medical professionals preferred.
• Radiology PACS experience desirable.
• Experience supporting clinician onboarding of clinical applications.
• Familiarity with radiology workflows and standards such as DICOM, HL7, MWL.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to clinicians and users.
• Proficiency with Zendesk and Google Workspace; SaaS support experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with monitoring systems, ticketing tools, cloud technologies.
• Willingness for weekend, overnight and rotating shifts (7 PM–7 AM EST).

Responsibilities

• Client support and monitoring of client sites and systems.
• Investigate and resolve support requests per SOPs and SLAs.
• Document incidents and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
• Escalation management through internal channels.
• Monitor security procedures to protect client data.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on issues.
• Assist clinicians with application issues and radiology workflows.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to coordinate investigations.
• Maintain calm, responsive attitude during overnight/weekend shifts.
