Job summary

CeriFi LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager of Website & Conversion Optimization to own how our digital properties look, function, and convert. You will drive website execution across our multi-brand portfolio and lead an ongoing CRO program to turn traffic into revenue.

You'll partner with Marketing, Creative, and Engineering to ship changes, analyze data, and iterate quickly with measurable results. This role is fully remote within the US and offers impact across both B2B and B2C channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, ecommerce, or CRO.
• Hands-on with Builder.io CMS and A/B testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, or similar).
• Strong web analytics knowledge (GA4) and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience managing multi-brand portfolios is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly with limited engineering resources.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of website properties within our CMS
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Engineering to scope and ship initiatives
• Maintain site health and brand consistency across multi-brand portfolio
• Serve as primary contact for website requests and prioritize work by business priority
• Build and run a structured CRO program with A/B/multivariate tests
• Identify CRO opportunities using analytics, funnels, and user data
• Report on test results and CRO impact on revenue and pipeline
• Translate business priorities into a prioritized website roadmap
• Coordinate with Legal for compliance changes
• Support launches of new brands, products, campaigns with timely site updates
