Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a highly technical Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to design, build, and launch experiments across our B2B website and e-commerce storefront. You will live in our Optimizely environment, applying AI-driven approaches to accelerate ideation and test execution.

The role requires hands-on CRO delivery, collaboration with UX/UI and engineering, and rigorous QA to ensure brand and accessibility compliance across multiple devices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, web optimization, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on expertise with the Optimizely suite, including Web Experimentation and CMS.
• Strong frontend web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery).
• AI tools to accelerate test ideation, copy drafting, and data insights.
• Experience designing web elements with UI/UX best practices and brand adherence.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and user behavior tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary builder of A/B, split, and multivariate tests in Optimizely.
• Design and prototype test variations within the Optimizely CMS, ensuring brand and accessibility compliance.
• Configure and launch targeted personalization campaigns for priority user segments.
• Use generative AI tools to speed up test ideation and copy drafting.
• Monitor experiments and analyze data to surface insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and Engineering; perform QA across devices/browsers before launch.
