Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience; more years may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting WebEOC or comparable emergency-management systems.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and supporting end users.
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in an environment where service availability and responsiveness are critical.
• Ability to work with government systems, service management processes, TSA suitability and Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the WebEOC platform and workflows.
• Respond to and resolve WebEOC user requests and incidents.
• Perform approved WebEOC configuration and troubleshooting activities.
• Document incidents, requests, changes, resolutions, and operational activities.
• Escalate issues requiring higher-level technical support.
• Coordinate with TSA stakeholders and service teams during operational events.
• Support continuity and operational readiness of WebEOC services.
• Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
• Support testing and validation of WebEOC functionality.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
