Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience delivering web/digital projects in marketing contexts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Asana, including backlog management and sprint setup.
• Experience working in AGILE methodology.
• Knowledge of AI tools that aid in project management (scheduling, communication, reporting).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote, independent environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive web projects to successful completion within deadlines and quality expectations.
• Plan and allocate resources, create timelines, and assign tasks in Asana.
• Use Asana and Jira to optimize processes and collaboration.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust scope or timelines to ensure outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and document needs in Asana.
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure smooth project execution.
