My VA Support is hiring a Senior Lead Project Manager for digital marketing and web development. This remote role requires LATAM-based candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English. You will oversee PMs and developers, drive project lifecycles, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lead project management experience in digital marketing or web development.
• Proven track record mentoring project teams to deliver complex digital projects.
• Strong leadership with ability to supervise PMs and developers.
• Excellent English communication (C1) with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and methodologies.
• Independent contractor status with own social security and tax responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of project managers and developers across projects.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Foster collaboration among PMs, developers, designers, and marketing to meet objectives.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and escalate critical issues.
• Implement and refine PM processes to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews for professional growth.
• Manage stakeholder communications with precise, consistent progress updates.
