Job summary

Lago is seeking a highly organized Project Manager (Remote) to support our US partner with task management, workflow execution, and cross-department accountability using Asana. The role emphasizes maintaining workflow integrity, timely deliverables, and standardized processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and proficient with Asana. Familiarity with e-commerce and marketing ops is a plus; remote work from LATAM is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management.
• Strong experience using Asana (2+ years preferred) in a professional setting.
• Experience building templates, dashboards, workflows, and implementing rules/automations in Asana.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency (including 'vibe coding').
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, templates and rules.
• Ensure standardized processes and task routing with accountability.
• Create reusable project templates for recurring initiatives.
• Monitor progress and enforce deadlines; escalate blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables and handoffs.
• Maintain dashboards and provide status updates for leadership.
• Assist in SOP creation and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement across departments.
