Job summary

Kaplan, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Web Marketing to lead the successful delivery of web projects and products. The role requires expertise in project management, resource allocation, and releasing high-quality work on schedule.

You will leverage knowledge of web architecture, AB testing, SEO fundamentals, and developer workflows within Asana, Jira, and Confluence to coordinate across marketing teams. This is a remote role with nationwide USA reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years managing delivery of web/digital projects in marketing-related functions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Asana, including backlog management and sprint setup.
• Experience with AGILE methodology.
• Working knowledge of AI tools that aid in project management.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks and provide practical solutions.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive web projects to successful completion, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Plan and allocate resources, create timelines, and assign tasks in Asana.
• Utilize Asana and Jira to optimize processes and collaboration.
• Lead project meetings with regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust scope or timelines as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and identify technical needs for the web team.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure smooth execution using Asana as a hub.
• Maintain transparent updates and address concerns promptly.
