Job summary

Vasion, Inc. is seeking a Web Operations Manager to drive the operational engine of our web team. You will manage the CMS day-to-day, translate business requests into actionable specs, and oversee pages, templates, and governance.

You’ll run standups, plan sprints, and coordinate with developers, designers, and regional teams to ensure timely delivery. You will own SEO/CRO execution, monitor site performance, and ensure WCAG accessibility.

Qualifications

• Experience building/editing pages inside a modern CMS (headless preferred).
• Strong requirements-gathering skills to convert ambiguous asks into actionable specs.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies and owning team roadmap and delivery health.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for scoping dev requests.
• Familiarity with technical SEO and CRO/testing at execution level.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, publish webpages and landing pages in the CMS using templates.
• Own intake for web requests, gather requirements, clarify ambiguities.
• Determine the path for each request and escalate when new components are needed.
• Maintain templates and design-system governance across the site.
• Handle redirects, URL governance, and multi-brand footprint.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, site speed, uptime, and accessibility compliance.
• Run standups, sprint planning, and retros; manage web roadmap and delivery health.
• Support localization and multi-region site execution with marketing teams.
• Implement SEO and CRO tests with leadership; report performance.
• Partner with marketing leadership to translate strategy into web roadmap.
