Empowered Staffing, partnered with a leading digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Web Implementation Engineer to lead Website Services & CRO initiatives. You will translate UX designs, SEO, and CRO strategies into scalable websites across client accounts.

You will collaborate with design, SEO, CRO, and product teams, define implementation approaches, estimate effort, and oversee deployment strategies while ensuring performance and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of professional web development experience.
• Advanced WordPress development experience (themes/plugins).
• Experience with major ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce).
• Strong background in architecture, estimation, deployment planning, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and implementation from concept to deployment.
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and functionality.
• Build websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
