Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Web Operations Manager to act as the operational engine of our web team, owning CMS day-to-day activities and leading cadence. You will translate business asks into actionable specs, collaborate with developers, designers, and regional teams, and ensure accessibility, performance, and governance across pages.

You will drive Agile ceremonies, roadmap delivery, and localization of web properties, while coordinating with Marketing leadership to surface insights and optimize

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web operations, digital production, web project management.
• Experience building/editing pages inside a modern CMS with components/templates.
• Strong requirements-gathering skills to turn ambiguous business asks into clear specs.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies and owning a team's roadmap and delivery health.
• Good judgment on triage — know what to build in-house vs. scope out to others.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to scope dev requests and converse with engineers.
• Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals and CRO concepts at execution level.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and publish pages in the CMS using existing components and templates.
• Own the intake process for web requests and turn it into actionable specs.
• Determine whether to execute in scope or scope and hand off to teammates.
• Maintain governance over templates and design-system usage across the site.
• Handle redirects, URL governance, and multi-brand web footprint consolidation.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, site speed, uptime, and page performance; triage issues.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and coordinate remediation with developers.
• Run web team standups, sprint planning, and retros; manage the web roadmap.
