Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a Web Implementation Consultant/Associate for its Golf & Club Vertical to help onboard customers to new products, configure solutions, and provide training and post-go-live support. You’ll work with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Education, Product and Development teams to ensure successful deployments and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through configuration, training, and ongoing optimization of web and mobile

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant and progressive experience in software or website product delivery.
• Proven work experience in software or website product quality assurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on training clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Project Managers during onboarding of customers to new products.
• Consult with clients to understand vision and strategy for their website and provide best-practice recommendations for web content.
• Coordinate configuration, training and post-go-live support for products (Website, CRM, Reservation, Accounting/POS).
• Identify scope for custom configurations and builds per specifications.
• Create documentation of standard practices for tasks and projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website and mobile app issues; ensure client satisfaction through follow-up.
