Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Software Developer - Web and Digital Interface Designer to support NAVSEA / Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime.

This remote role focuses on building and maintaining websites and digital tools for mission-critical programs. The ideal candidate has at least five years of web development experience, proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a US DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, science, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using Web scripting languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and developing Web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, or maintain websites and digital data, tools, and applications.
• Develop and produce website maps, application models, image templates, or page templates that meet project goals, user needs, or industry standards.
• Collaborate with web development professionals, such as front-end or back-end developers, to complete the full scope of Web development projects.
• Research and apply innovative solutions for product design, visuals, and user experience to meet the needs of individual web development and digital projects.
