Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing data analytics support to U.S. Navy program offices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, science, engineering, or related field from a U.S.-accredited institution.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics support to a U.S. Navy program office.
• Evaluate web design against accessibility standards and optimize for marketability and SEO.
• Create/modify graphics and manage website content and links.
• Plan internal/external engagements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist in developing briefing material and Navy Correspondence Manual-compliant documents.
• Coordinate data calls from internal and external stakeholders and summarize for government leadership.
• Identify operational deficiencies, propose improvements, and coordinate implementation.
• Transcribe and summarize meeting minutes and assist with action items.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings/conferences, and arrange travel.
