Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Web Developer to join our data team supporting the DHS OCIO. This remote role will design, develop, and maintain software applications, web apps, scripts, and services across DHS public facing websites.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of experience, strong Python/Django/Flask, HTML, and modern JavaScript (Angular/React/Vue). US citizenship and potential DoD IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain in 60 days) are required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Experience with high-level military staff briefing and action items.
• Excellent writing/briefing skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Python and frameworks including Django and Flask.
• Extensive knowledge in HTML and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
• Basic knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• SharePoint specialist with cross-training capability for surge/contingency.
• Knowledge of DHS security requirements and DoD 8570 IAT Level II or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Support all exercise and operational web development requirements.
• Provide web expertise to US/Coalition Networks for information sharing.
• Provide SharePoint development/site content manager skills.
• Interact professionally with Government operational representatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high-level public speaking abilities.
