Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Frontline Full Stack Software Developer to work remotely for a federal security-focused project. The role emphasizes developing, testing, and supporting security assessment tooling using PowerShell and policy-as-code (Rego/OPA).

The candidate should be comfortable in a public open source GitHub environment and collaborate with agency stakeholders and contributors. Must be US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Public Trust clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 7 years experience with Agile and SecDevOps practices and tools.
• 3 years leading technical analysis and solution development efforts on projects of similar size and complexity.
• 3 years developing and maintaining PowerShell modules or CLI tooling with testing (Pester).
• Experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego, or ability to learn quickly.
• 5 years designing solutions with Federal security requirements (ATO compliance).
• Experience with Git, SVN, or other version control systems.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence or similar project tools.
