The Web Content Strategy Specialist will guide content planning, audits, migrations, CMS implementations, and QA, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth project flow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital content, content strategy, content operations, UX/content design, or related field
• Experience supporting complex website redesigns, migrations, or builds
• Demonstrated experience conducting content audits, inventories, or large-scale content analysis

Responsibilities

• Support content strategy for website redesigns and builds from discovery through launch
• Present content audit findings and recommendations to clients
• Organize and inventory large volumes of website content and maintain content documentation
• Manage content review workflows using Bynder Content Workflow and other PM tools
• Enter, migrate, format, and QA content in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore)
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, PMs, and clients through the development process
• Identify opportunities to improve content processes, documentation, and workflows
