Job summary

Finalsite is seeking a detail-oriented summer Content Migration Intern to support website implementation and launches. You will migrate content into the Finalsite CMS, ensure organization, accessibility, and visual consistency, and work with internal teams to prepare sites for launch.

This internship offers hands-on experience in digital content management, CMS workflows, and accessibility best practices within a collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Design, IT, CS or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines remotely.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems or digital publishing tools.
• Basic understanding of website structure, formatting and UX best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and digital content practices preferred.
• Willingness to learn new systems, workflows and web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use the Finalsite Content Management System (CMS).
• Migrate website content including text, documents, images, and assets into client sites.
• Format and organize content to align with design standards and accessibility.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for migrated content accuracy and visuals.
• Organize and manage digital files within established workflows.
• Assist with cleanup and restructuring of existing content during migrations.
• Follow documented migration processes and meet project timelines.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve migration efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support website launches.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
