Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a Web Content & Rebrand Migration Specialist for a five-week remote consulting engagement in the United States. Qualifications

• Experience with web content, website administration, digital content, or migration projects.
• Bachelors Degree required.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills.
• Good web skills and familiarity with CMS platforms and web publishing.
• Ability to review high volumes of digital content and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting website redesign, rebrand, or content migration preferred.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to meet a tight five-week timeline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the transition of web content to the new brand across a five-week timeline.
• Migrate, update, and organize content across web pages.
• Review and edit website copy for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Work within a CMS or web publishing platform to perform basic updates.
• Collaborate with design, creative, marketing, and digital teams throughout migration.
• QA migrated pages for copy, formatting, links, imagery and presentation.
• Identify content gaps and issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Track migration activities and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate project status, questions, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist with additional digital content and rebrand tasks as needed.
