Job summary

Abramson Labor Group in California is seeking a Hearing Representative to manage settlements and OSA hearings in a hybrid role. You will prepare matters, appear virtually for settlement hearings, update files, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have California WCAB hearing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet weekly targets. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; remote-friendly with California residency required.

Qualifications

• California workers' compensation hearing experience.
• Knowledge of WCAB procedures and OSAs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many cases.
• Ability to meet weekly performance metrics.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and appear at settlement and OSA hearings.
• Keep files current before and after hearings.
• Keep clients updated with scheduled communications.
• Take OSAs from receipt to resolution.
• Negotiate fee splits on referred cases.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff; monitor matter status.
• Meet weekly hearing-prep and client-communication targets.
