You will work on CA WC regulations, EAMS, and AME/PQME processes, with potential travel to trial locations. Must have 1+ years' WC experience and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal Workers' Compensation experience.
• Strong knowledge of California WC regulations.
• Proficiency with EAMS, E-filing and AME/PQME processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with all parties in a case.
• Review files to determine legal strategy.
• Independently assess case value, including QME/AME reviews.
• Handle negotiations and settlements; travel to trial locations as needed.
