Job summary

Davies North America is hiring a Workers’ Compensation Lost Time Adjuster for a remote/home-based role in the United States. You will manage indemnity and medical-only claims end-to-end, with a focus on lost-time exposure and jurisdictional compliance.

A valid Florida adjuster license and public-entity experience are required. Responsibilities include intake-to-closure management, investigation, reserving, and coordination with defense counsel when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience.
• Experience with medical-only, lost time, or blended WC claim portfolios preferred.
• Active FL license (6-20 or 5-20) and presumption experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage WC claims from intake through closure.
• Determine compensability and benefit eligibility; establish and adjust reserves.
• Conduct investigations and develop claim strategies; strive for early resolution.
