Davies Group is hiring a Lost Time Adjuster for a hybrid role in Palm Beach County, FL. The candidate will adjust Workers’ Compensation claims for Davies Claims North America TPAs, coordinating with nurses, physicians, and employers to ensure timely benefits and filings.

Required are 1–3 years of WC claims experience and a Florida adjuster license with CEU credits. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and proactive, independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years handling Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Active Florida All Lines Adjuster or Workers’ Compensation license.
• Maintain required CEU credits for licensure.
• Knowledge of Florida Statutes and Rules and their application.

Responsibilities

• Adjust claims for Davies Claims North America TPA clients.
• Investigate claims with 24‑hour contact to involved parties.
• Evaluate claim details, statutes, and case law for compensability and value.
• Initiate indemnity payments timely and maintain claim diary.
• Ensure timely state filings and proper EDI submissions.
