Gallagher Bassett in California is seeking an experienced senior claims leader to guide a Workers' Compensation team and deliver high-quality, efficient service in a fully remote role. You will oversee hiring and training, promote best practices, and partner with clients, carriers, and brokers to drive outcomes.
A valid claims license and extensive state experience are required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Competenze
- High School Diploma is required.
- Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of all team member related functions.

- Supervise and lead a Workers' Compensation claims team to deliver high-quality service.
- Promote Best Practices and ensure claims are handled according to GB's Best Practices.
- Drive talent: hire and train adjusters, fostering performance and improvement.
