Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims with analytical judgment.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver solutions and improve the claims process.
• Think critically, plan, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, and other parties to ensure alignment.
