Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster for a fully remote role servicing California. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' workers' compensation claims experience and active licenses in applicable states.

You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, collaborate with clients to drive innovative solutions, and uphold policies and regulatory standards while delivering empathetic service to claimants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims applying analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.
