Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced claims leader to oversee a Workers’ Compensation team in a multi-jurisdictional environment. This role supports DC, VA, MD claims and is eligible for fully remote work.

You’ll supervise, hire, and train adjusters, drive best practices, and use GB’s technology to deliver high-quality service to clients and carriers with a focus on development and efficiency.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; 10+ years of related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Workers' Compensation claims team to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Hire and train adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Leverage Gallagher's technology to improve processes and outcomes.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, proactive manner.
• Identify coaching opportunities and develop team members for advancement.
